* Entry fees are exclusively for studio owners/directors. Not to be shared with parents or students. Once you/your school is verified we will provide you with our seasonal entry fees.
* Wildfyre Dance Challenge LLC registration opens September 1st. As this allows many schools to plan accordingly and more accurately during their registration time. *You may pre-register with a $500 deposit July 1st.
* Registration is on a first come base. MAX NUMBER OF ROUTINES = 400/WEEKEND!
* Once an event is sold out, studios interested will be added to a waitlist. If enough entries are on a waitlist we will open up a second event for that particular area.
* Registration will close for all competitions January 31st
* All balances are to be paid in full 60 days prior to your registered event. Any bounced checks will accrue a $60 bounced check fee. Credit card disputes will be subject to a $85 chargeback fee. All fees must be paid in full to ensure your schools participation.
* All music must be uploaded 60 days prior to your scheduled event. Must have a backup on a flash drive listed with entry numbers and accurate title. CDs are not accepted.
* When registering you will need to enter your routine names, all performers info including level PER STYLE, and studio name exactly as you wish them to appear on our program.
* Please refer to our divisions page for detailed information on eligibility for solo/duet/trio.
* Routines must compete in their scheduled time/session in order to qualify for overall or additional awards. Any routine that requests to move to a different session will receive an adjudication award only! No Exceptions.
* Solos can only place in their highest score routine.
* Wildfyre does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. A credit may be issued to your studio account for any dancer/entry removed prior to the event.
* Wildfyre Dance Challenge LLC is not required to refund any registration fees in the event of a cancellation of unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to: Acts of God, Accidents, war, riots, terrorist act, pandemic of any kind, epidemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication/web/internet service, changes in law regulations, fire/explosion. However, Wildfyre will always try to the best of our ability to reschedule an event that may be canceled or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances.
*Wildfyre Dance Challenge has the right to cancel any event due to lack of registration, or any unforeseen circumstances. In addition, Wildfyre reserves the right to change the location /venue/date of an event.
* Dancers names, routine title, routine time, correct indication if a routine starts on/off stage as well as any props must be completed accurately. Any requests after our final schedule has been completed, a $45 change fee will be incurred per change. Changes include but not limited to: Dancers DOB, Spelling of dancer’s name or routine title, (increased) time changes, level or age division change, group size, category, addition or deletion of dancers or routines, routine name change. Any changes after final schedule completed may not be reflected in our Wildfyre program.
*Wildfyre Dance Challenge LLC has the right to refuse the entry of any studio.
* Unprofessionalism or solicitation by any person or persons affiliated with your school is not permitted & doing so may resolve in school disqualification.
* Debating judges scores/awards is not allowed & doing so may resolve in school disqualification.
* Parents should not contact our home office, business or staff for any reason. Independent registrations will not be accepted. We work solely with studio owners/directors only.
* Studio owners/directors/instructors and ONE FEMALE parent/guardian are the only people permitted in the girls dressing rooms. Male dancers/instructors only permitted in the male dressing room. Younger siblings/family members that are not dancing are NOT permitted in the dressing rooms. Wildfyre has the right to remove any individual not deemed necessary in a dressing room.
* All props must fit through a standard 36-inch-wide doorway.
* Anything that may leave residue on the stage or unsafe in the facility are NOT allowed. Including but not limited to: Helium, powders, paint, lipstick, liquids, hairspray, confetti, sand, fire, swords, knives, guns.
* Any prop that leaves litter on the stage, that studio must clean it up in less than 1 minute.
* Any delays due to props will result in a 1-point deduction.
* Any props that require more than 2 minutes to set up will have a prop set-up/breakdown fee of $75. Props may not stay in the wings for more than 2 dances prior to your routine and must not interfere with those performing.
* Studio prop crews are to follow all of Wildfyre’s instructions as per our stage crew at all times
* Wildfyre has the right to deny a prop, limit prop size as per facility requirements. If you have questions about your props, please call.
* Students/family/friends are not permitted to watch performances from the wings, unless they are lined up & waiting to compete
* Professionalism and safety are our first priority. Any inappropriate movements, costumes or lyrics in a song, deductions will be made and the possibility of disqualification. Total deduction is judge’s discretion up to 3 full points.
* Wildfyre Dance Challenge LLC cannot enforce any plagiarized choreography unless choreography has been copywritten.
* All routines are required to compete at their scheduled time and session. Any routines that perform out of scheduled session will receive adjudication award only, & are not eligible for any placements or additional awards.
* Special lighting requests will be denied.
* A routine may only re-perform due to technical issues due to WIldfyre/facility. Costume or props malfunctions do not qualify. However, dancer(s) must exit stage immediately for the safety of everyone.
* For the safety of our dancers and protection of our studios & choreographers, taking of photos/videos of ANY routines is prohibited. Failure to abide these rules may result in disqualification. Wildfyre has the right to remove any individual from the facility in violation of this rule.
*As a registered school in our event you agree to the use of your videos and photos that are provided by Wildfyre Dance Challenge LLC affiliates to be used for promotional advertisements.
* Wildfyre Dance Challenge LLC nor the hosted venue are responsible for any lost or stolen items or injuries. Any items left behind that need to be shipped will accrue a $25 shipping fee.
